Account Suspension or Closure
X8b reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to violations of these terms, fraudulent activity, or misconduct. In such cases, any valid balance remaining in the account may be refunded in accordance with applicable policies.
Payments, Transactions & BDT Policy
All financial transactions on x8b are conducted in Bangladesh Taka (BDT). Deposits and withdrawals are supported via approved mobile banking methods including bKash, Nagad, and Rocket.
- Use only approved payment methods
- Reference numbers must be entered correctly
- Payments from third-party accounts are not accepted
- Once a deposit is completed, the balance will be credited to your account automatically.
- Account verification is mandatory before withdrawal
- Withdrawals can only be made to an account in your own name
- Processing times vary depending on the payment method
- Verification may be required for unusual transactions
If any fraudulent transaction or money laundering attempt is detected, x8b reserves the right to immediately suspend the account and notify the relevant authorities.
